After you log out for the first time, you will need to know how to log back in to your website.

NOTE: Before logging in, you will see your site as public visitors will see it online. Once you login, additional editing buttons appear, allowing you to add content and customize your site.

Step 1 - Access Your Login Page

There are several options for accessing your login page and for logging into your Squarespace site.

1. Directly access your site's default login page at this URL:
   
   http://youraccount.squarespace.com/display/Login (substituting youraccount with your actual account name)

   Note: In order to access the default login page for your site at the above URL you MUST capitalize the "L" within Login in that URL.

2. While viewing any page on your site, press the ESC key on your keyboard and a login page will present itself.

3. Visit your site at: http://youraccount.squarespace.com (substituting youraccount with your actual account name). On the navigation sidebar of your site, click the link that says Login.

Step 2 - Enter Your Username & Password

From this page, enter the login name and password you created within the appropriate fields. Remember that your Login is also the first part of your Squarespace URL and not your email address. Then click the Login button.

If you can't recall your password or you need to reset it for any reason, you can do so by clicking the I Forgot My Password link that displays just above the password text field on that login page.
